Take breakfast in the shaded garden or in the lounge between 8-9:30am. Breads and viennoiseries from the local boulangerie, homemade preserves, cereals. Seasonal fruits and yogurts. Fresh fruit juices, tea, cafetiere coffee and infusions.
Predinner, why not have an Apéritif in the peaceful garden? We have a quality wine list with wines produced in the local area.
Our evening meals are a lovely blend of our English and French roots, with many of the recipes handed down through the generations. We cook with seasonal and local produce whenever possible, and many of the dishes originate from the Languedoc Area. During the high season we also have special evenings including BBQ’s and paellas. Please reserve in advance, so we can freshly cook the menu to your tastes!
For a lighter supper we also have our ‘Charcuterie and Cheese Boards’. These consist of meats and paté from the local market and a range of traditional french cheeses, with fruit compote and warm baguette from the local boulangerie. These can be booked in advance on the day.
We can also provide children’s menus on request.
We have a range of beers, wine, soft drinks and bottled water. Nespresso coffee and tea are always available. For afternoon tea, there is often a homemade cake freely available in the lounge!

The Languedoc is famous for its delicious wines at great prices. If you fancy a day of wine tasting, we can arrange this for you.
