The B&B:
Our 4 rooms have all the modern comforts for a relaxing stay, whilst maintaining their original French character and style. They all have a private ensuite, shower room with toilet.
Tea and coffee facilities are provided as is a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. All with air conditioning and free Wifi.
We can provide an extra bed at a supplement of 25 euros, breakfast included (chambre deux only).
Guests are welcome to use the dining lounge where there is a TV, a choice of French & English books, and Nespresso machine.
Check-in is from 5pm to 8pm and check-out is before 11am.
Cancellation conditions: if cancelled more than 14 days before your stay, no cancellation fee will be charged. If canceled between 13 and 7 days before arrival, 25% of the reservation will be charged and non-refundable.
If canceled 7 days or less before arrival or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged and non-refundable.
In the event of a shortened stay, the entire price of the stay will be due.

The Gîte:
For a self-catering holiday our newly renovated apartment with independent access is perfect for a couple (80 square metres). Beautifully designed and furnished to a high standard, it offers a relaxing, airy and light space. Please be aware the gite is located on the first floor and has a mezzanine TV snug, so is not suitable for toddlers/children or guests with reduced mobility. Guests have full access to the shared pool and garden. There is also a designated private area in the garden, for outdoor dining there is an electric plancha. If you would like a day off from cooking, you can pre-order breakfast or dinner and let us do all the work!

Safety Deposit: €300 will be requested before your arrival. When the deposit is registered by credit card, it is automatically released within two days at the end of your stay, subject to a deduction for repair costs in the event of damages. An inventory of fixtures will be systematically carried out upon your arrival and departure.

Le Petit Molière is a non-smoking establishment, however you are welcome to smoke in the garden. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets.
You also have at your disposal our private parking for your vehicles and a garage for your bicycles. We have charging facilities for your electric car for a supplement.
